By accessing or using PromptNest ("Service"), operated by Koudly ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all prompts and content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits (30 prompts, 3 folders).
  • The Pro plan is billed at €5 per month via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
  • To cancel, contact us at support@koudly.com.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will not be liable for any loss caused by downtime.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@koudly.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koudly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date.
