User content — prompts, folders, and tags you create within the Service.
Billing information — payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.
Usage data — basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service.
To manage your subscription and process payments.
To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, billing receipts).
To improve and develop new features.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers within the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security and encrypted connections.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — database and authentication.
Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Vercel — hosting and deployment.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@koudly.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
